Q1 Are the products readymade or made to our specific measurements?

All the orders placed in the “Dulha Category “on our website are made to measure and the measurements are taken from you as a part of the ordering process (My measurements). To save time, it would be wise to keep your measurements ready when you are placing the order. However, you can also skip the measurements when you place the order, and add them to your profile post the order, within 2 working days.  Please keep in mind that the delivery time of the goods would be based on the measurements and the order placed. In case you want to see what kind of measurements you might need, you can register online and edit your profile, where you can see and edit your measurement charts.

Q2 Can you make custom changes to the garments according to our specifications?

The products are by default made exactly how they appear in the picture. In case certain changes need to be made to the design and colors of the outfit, you can mail us at estore@jadeblue.com with the reference number, the attached picture and the changes that you would want to be made. We do not guarantee that all your specifications regarding design changes will be met, but our team of designers and experts would try their level best to do so. The communication shall happen via email in such a scenario. 

Q3 What are the shipping charges?

All prices of outfits mentioned online are exclusive of the shipping charges. The shipping charges would be displayed when you edit your cart and can vary to all international destinations. 

Q4 What about the custom duties?

If custom duty is applicable in so and so country then it has to bear from customer’s end. Duty may vary from country to country. Custom clearance is not Jade Blue’s responsibility. 

Q5 How much time will it take to process the order?

We would generally need 3-4 weeks to process the orders and to manufacture the goods to your specifications and measurements. We would need an additional 5-7 working days to deliver the goods to all international destinations. It is a good idea to keep 6 weeks in hand while ordering products with heavy embroideries and embellishments. In case of special cases, we can expedite the process at an extra charge which can only be discussed over the email.

Q6 How can I cancel my order?

The orders placed on our website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Any later than that shall not be allowed, as all our products are made to your required specifications, and cannot be cancelled.

Q7 Can I make any changes to the order once it is confirmed?

The orders are to your specifications, and hence, no changes can be made once the order has been confirmed from your end. However, if you wish to make any changes, you could send us an email and we will try our level best to incorporate those changes.

Q8 What is the return policy for “Dulha”? What if I don’t like what I get?

The garments would be made exactly as they appear in the pictures, with minor changes in terms of color, as we are dealing with the digital medium on web. As the goods are made to your required specifications and measurements, none of the goods purchased on our website can be returned. It is strictly a NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGE policy. (Specifically all items under “DULHA “category.) 

Q9 What if the clothes don’t fit us as desired?

We will try our level best to create the garments to fit you the best way possible, on the basis of the measurements and the pictures you provide us. In case the measurements are not accurate, or there are any minor alterations, we shall not entertain any returns or exchanges. However, if you wish to make any alterations to the garment, you can ship the garments back to us at your cost, and we shall get them altered and shipped back at our cost.
