Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free shipping is applicable on all orders above INR 999. For all orders below that amount, a shipping fee of INR 100 would be levied. Cash on Delivery charges are separate and not included in the shipping & handling fees. For cash on delivery, an amount of INR 50 would be charged.
Please Note: COD option is not available for orders above INR 5000.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within maximum 2-4 working days. It may take longer than that for Dulha products that are made-to-order in case of unavailability of size in which case our support team will reach out to you and give you an estimated time (Approximately 12-15 days to ship). JadeBlue is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company within maximum 3-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the shipping date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be done at the address mentioned by the buyer while placing the order. JadeBlue is in no way responsible for any damage caused to the order while in transit to the buyer.

If custom duty is applicable in your selected country of shipping, then it is to be borne by the customer. Duty may vary from county to country. Custom clearance is not JadeBlue’s responsibility.
